Chords: Kaze No Ne (English) from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
Kaze No Ne, or Sound of the Wind is a beautiful song from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, a fantastic co-op title for GameCube back in the day, and set to release next year on a bunch of other platforms.
I’ve often thought about sorting some chords for it, and sat down one night a few months ago to hash it out. Here’s my arrangement of chords for ukulele…

I have a much better take than this, with cleaner vocals, fewer mistakes and the like, but it also has less of the all-important mog action…so it had to be this one. Because he’s adorable.
I would’ve liked to do the harmony, and learn the whistle part on an actual whistle, as opposed to reedily trying to keep up via my own whistle, but shrug. Maybe next year sometime I’ll do a proper cover with all the parts I envisaged…and with the overlapping vocals at the end, rather than cutting them off.
